The brief was to design an annual report for the State Library of Victoria that reflects its role as a safe space for innovative and collaborative learning in Melbourne.
I found subtle ways to incorporates student-focused elements into the publication such as highlighting, photocopied textures, and pen-style typography.
Paired with a stripped-back, classic layout style, the design reinforces the idea of “Knowledge in Numbers” and celebrates the library as a hub for learning.
